Every structure we build is covered for seven years, on top of your statutory rights under NSW home building law. If something we built isn't right, we come back and fix it.

How long will my project take?
Most decks and pergolas take one to three weeks on site. You'll get a firm timeframe with your quote.
Can changes be made during construction?
Yes. We price any change in writing before it goes ahead, so the final invoice holds no surprises.
How are payments structured?
A deposit to lock in your start date, progress payments at set stages, and the balance on completion.
Who will I communicate with during the project?
Ryan Walsh, director and project manager, is your single point of contact from start to finish.
What happens if there are delays or issues?
We tell you straight away, explain the fix and update the program. No chasing us for answers.
